The location is superb, just by the sea and the view from your room, from the Hotel is amazing. Rooms are not modern design nor new. They look like the rooms from the 1980s but it is still cozy and comfortable. . The furniture on the balcony is not well maintained. It would be more lovely with decent furniture on the balcony to enjoy the view. . Hotel provided good breakfast and food from hotel bar is also good and reasonable price. Generally, I enjoyed my stay there and I would like to go there again.

Saravoan Hotel is perfectly located right on the beachfront, with stunning sea views from our room. The room and bathroom were spotless and well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The receptionist was delightful and professional, always greeting us with a warm smile. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome and at home. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, and the service was outstanding. The restaurant also offered a wide selection of delicious dishes — we enjoyed it so much that we had dinner there three times. The bar service was also excellent and very friendly. We would definitely love to return next year and spend more days at this wonderful hotel with such fantastic people.

Great location overlooking the sea close to where the bus from Kampot dropped us off. Great views from the balcony. Water machine on every floor. Powerful hot shower. Good quality towels and linen. Able to store luggage prior to check-in. We only had coffee and fruit juice but the breakfast looked good.

- We liked the location very much; at walking distance from the crab market and opposite the beach. - Nice setup of the restaurant from which you can overlook the street and the beach when sitting on the stools enjoying a refreshment and/or food. - There are not many options for breakfast which are included in the price, I must emphasise that they serve breakfasts prepared with care. The combination of products are not standardised like in most hotels. This deserves a compliment! - Refilling station for water on every floor and at the restaurant. - Clean and very friendly staff.

The location is perfect right on the beach and close to many restaurants. Room was very big and super comfortable, great air conditioning and seating area in front of the pool! We appreciated being warned about the monkeys as we’d stayed at other hotels and were never told about them. The breakfast is delicious and was the best breakfast we had during our time in Cambodia! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, we had a 7am bus to catch which meant we were too early for breakfast but they prepared us some food and some fruit for us to take with us which was really kind of them to do!

Super little hotel on the beach in Kep. Comfortable room and bed. Great location. Lovely clean pool which was well used. The little restaurant provided good food and the bar downstairs was pleasant. The breakfast included several options. This place exceed my expectations as I had booked there some years ago then refused to stay once I arrived. This time I was very happy and would definitely return.

The location is superb in the center of the village. The pool is lovely. The staff are incredible. The restaurant food is delicious. The views from the third floor are to die for! The decor is great. Monkeys on the balcony.

Saravoan is directly opposite Kep beach so it’s the perfect place for a beach holiday. It has a really relaxed vibe with attentive staff and a fantastic bar at street level. The rooms all face the beach so you get amazing views although the best views are from the third/top floor. We last stayed here in October 2019 and they’ve made some improvements to the property since then. There’s a new infinity edge pool, improved room design and hotel design and the restaurant and bar have both been renovated. The downstairs bar has a very small shop but stocks some ethically source and sustainable products such as bags and other products made from old fishing nets and others made from recycled plastic that looks like leather. The prices are very reasonable as well. We loved the bar. Great cocktails and service and a great place to chill between swimming and eating and relaxing. This was our second stay at Saravoan and we’d definitively come back again.

Love.y hotel in an ideal location for Kep Beach and the Crab Market area with its excellent restaurants. We loved watching the world go by from the infinity pool and from our balcony. Special mention to their fantastic chef - the food here is OUTSTANDING. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast here and the dishes were sensational. Highly recommended both as hotel and restaurant. Thanks for a great stay!

We got the Delux Double with Bath, and enjoyed our stay immensely. It had a fantadtic view of the ocean,and islands. and plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the rstaurant a few time, although the prices are a little high. All the staff were lovely, and always happy to help. The pool was one of the best features of the hotel. With it having shade in the afternoons, and a nice view out to the ocean. It weas a great place to relax.
